There is healing after sexual abuse and trauma but first we must rescue the child within.
This is the story of my life. It is a story of trauma, mistakes, and triumphs. It is a real-life demonstration of how a child navigates through life and common side effects after experiencing trauma. My purpose is to inspire all to remember the children.

Serving Brantford, Woodstock, South-West Oxford and surrounding areas, I’m proud to offer healing sessions that serve your individual needs:
Healing Session
This is a gentle non-invasive session that clears energy, releases emotional blocks, and opens chakras. Hands are placed gently on or over the body. It includes a combination of various healing modalities such as reiki, aqualead, and sound healing. If you are dealing with any ailments, conditions and/or illnesses you wish to be addressed you may advise before your session; however, this is not needed. Each session is unique to the client and what is required at the time of healing. As such your experience will differ with each healing you receive. You will leave feeling a deep calm and sense of relaxation. Many report new found clarity. Non-touch treatment is an option for those who prefer hands-off healing.
Healing Session with Message Service
This session encompasses the one hour healing session with message service from spirit. Following the healing, you will be provided with the messages received from the spirit of deceased loved ones and/or spiritual guides to aid you in your journey.
Inner Child Healing Session
In this session, you will receive a mini healing to open your chakras and allow for flow. From there you will be connected to your inner child. I will provide support and clarify any questions you have following the connection. You will then be given the information and tools needed to continue your healing journey with you inner child. This session will also encompass meditation, automatic writing and messages from spirit if you wish to receive.
Inner Child Healing: Core Wound
This session typically follows the connection to your inner child and/or will occur further in your healing journey as wounds present themselves to be healed. In this session, you will receive a mini healing to open your chakras and allow flow. From there you will be working through the core wound/shadow that is presented by your inner child to bring to the forefront to heal. This session will encompass meditation and messages from spirit if you wish to receive.

Awaken the Healer Within Level 1:
Spiritual development and energetic work provides a powerful pathway for deep emotional release, soul growth and reconnection with your authentic self. We will be exploring the connection between the body, mind and spirit in this empowering physical anatomy course. Learn how unresolved trauma, emotional patterns, and inherited experiences can manifest as physical symptoms and block us in life goals- how to release them and live in prevention or rather alignment for optimal health and well-being. This approach goes beyond psychological healing into the realms of vibration, soul alignment and spiritual embrace. We will be delving deep into the chakra centres, frequencies , healing modalities and spiritual practises. In the final stages of this program you will be forging a connection with your inner child. Your inner child holds the original devine blue print of your soul. Connection to your inner child is about restoring your souls light. This union will not only promote healing it will catapult your spiritual development.
Awaken the Healer Within Level 2:
This program is an extension of level one for those who want to further work with their inner child. Level 1 is require to attend this program as you require the fundamentals an principles to further this journey. Healing your inner child on a spiritual level is not about going back- it’s about reclaiming your souls radiance. For some this is a spiritual journey of unresolved trauma but for many it’s the undoing of social conditioning and expectations. Realigning you with your authentic self. When you hold space for that little one inside with love and spiritual presence, you open to profound energy shifts that ripple into every area of life- relationships, health, creativity and connection with the devine.
Awakening the Soul:
Are you ready to deepen your connection to spirit, unlock your intuitive gifts, and step into your power? Join me for a soul led journey into spiritual practices, energy medicine, and devine communication. This immersive course blends ancient wisdom with modern tools to activate your inner intuitive abilities. In this program you will learning the foundations of spiritual practices. Connection to spirit and spiritual development. Channeling spirit and spirit communication.

A Women’s Healing Circle
Before the world wakes, we gather.
Join us for a sacred outdoor healing circle created for women seeking connection, renewal, reflection, healing, and inner peace. Held in nature during the quiet stillness of the morning, this experience is an invitation to pause, release, reconnect, and rise.
As women, we move through many seasons of transformation.
Motherhood. Childbirth. Postpartum. Marriage. Relationship changes. Emotional overwhelm. Loss of self. Perimenopause. Spiritual awakening. Rebirth.
Too often, women carry these transitions silently and alone.
This circle was created to remind you that you do not have to.
Together, we will create space to:
- Release what no longer serves
- Reflect and reconnect to self
- Renew mind, body & spirit
- Feel seen, supported, and held in community
- Discover pathways, tools, and healing practices that support transformation
- Rise into a new season with intention
This healing experience is lovingly co-facilitated by two holistic practitioners and psychic medium, bringing together intuitive guidance, healing practices, reflection, and meaningful connection in a safe and supportive space.
